Luido pet gear, business for the production of collars and leashes, owned by Tatjana Bujak, Opatijska 31, 31000 Osijek, Croatia, OIB: 28961338480, provides business conditions that determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and information on the protection and collection of personal data. The seller is Luido pet gear, owned by Tatjana Bujak, the buyer is considered to be any person who orders at least one product electronically, fills in the required information and pays the order. Luido pet gear, owner Tatjana Bujak (hereinafter the seller) reserves the right to change these conditions. The general terms and conditions of business are drawn up in accordance with the Law on Obligatory Relations, the Law on Consumer Protection, the Law on Personal Data Protection and the Law on Copyright and Related Rights. In case of dispute, the court in Osijek has jurisdiction.

ORDERING

By ordering the product, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country. The customer orders the product through the official website. Before buying, the customer has the right to be familiar with all the characteristics of the product and its price. Any additional questions or photos can be requested by the customer before purchase. Colors in photos may vary due to lighting and device used. The product is considered ordered when the customer pays the amount of the offer to the trade account.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the purchase. The seller reserves the right at any time to change product prices and delivery methods or withdraw the product from sale. All prices are expressed in euros.

Seller reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can change or cancel the product without charge if your order has not started production. After that, it is not possible to make a change or cancel the order. To cancel an order, send an email with the order number to info@luidopetgear.com

PAYMENT

Payment of the selected product is made exclusively in advance by transaction to the giro account of the trade HR0724070001100263749 according to the offer made for the ordered product. After the visible payment or the attached proof of payment, the product begins to be made. The seller is not responsible for the costs incurred during the bank transfer of money, costs for Internet access, telephone costs or any other costs that may arise when placing an order.

We will never ask the customer for card information.

DELIVERY

After the product is made, it is sent for delivery, no later than within 15 working days from the visible payment. In the event that the requested item is not in stock, in agreement with the customer, the delivery deadline can be extended, which the customer must be informed about before payment. The ordered product is packed in such a way that it is not damaged during normal delivery. When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, if there are certain damages, immediately report them to the delivery person. The seller waives all responsibility for damages that may occur during delivery. After the delivery person receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is not responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays.

The seller is not responsible for costs incurred when importing goods to another country, all additional costs are borne by the buyer.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

Goods damaged in transport are not the seller's responsibility and should be reported to the delivery person. Pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette 41/14), the customer may express dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the service provided. The customer can submit a complaint in writing to e-mail: info@luidopetgear.com, or to the address of the headquarters: Opatijska 31, 31000 Osijek, with the following information: Your first and last name, account number and a description of the complaint no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the product . The seller undertakes to respond in writing to the complaint within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

Pursuant to Article 86, point 3 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette 19/22), the buyer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the product.

The products are made according to the customer's order and wishes based on photos and other materials provided by the customer. For any photo or any other content that is subject to the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, the seller is not responsible if it turns out that the content in question is the copyright of a third party that is subject to protection. The customer bears all the consequences and risks for the violation of these rights.

All materials such as photos and video materials of our products published on social networks or the website are exclusively our protected property and can only be shared if the source (link) and the author are mentioned. Any copying of the mode of operation or design is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms of business may lead to the initiation of legal proceedings or criminal prosecution against the perpetrator for infringement of copyright, trademark or any other form of intellectual property rights.

The customer of the goods assigns the right to the seller for the purpose of marketing activities and promotion to use photos of the manufactured products without special announcement or written approval. The customer has the right to request that the product made to his order not be published.

INACCURACIES OF INFORMATION

From time to time an omission may be found on the website which may relate to product description, price, special price, delivery charges or delivery time. The seller reserves the right to correct the error at any time and without prior notice.

Luido pet gear disclaims any responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of the website. For any financial or commercial loss that the client or a third party may suffer as a result of the use of the website or the information contained therein.
